Knowledge Translation

​​​​​Service providers, researchers, and policy makers actively collaborate and communicate with each other to facilitate knowledge translation. They create, exchange, apply, and di​stribute their collective knowledge to improve health service delivery, the healthcare system, and overall health.​

Canadian Action Network for the Advancement, Dissemination and Adoption of Practice-informed Tobacco Treatment (CAN-ADAPTT)
CAN-ADAPTT is a practice-based research network facilitating research and knowledge exchange among providers, researchers and policy makers in the area of tobacco cessation. CAN-ADAPTT aims to bridge the gap between research and practice.
