Knowledge Translation

​​​​​Service providers, researchers, and policy makers actively collaborate and communicate with each other to facilitate knowledge translation. They create, exchange, apply, and distribute their collective knowledge to improve health service delivery, the healthcare system, and overall health.​

Canadian Action Network for the Advancement, Dissemination and Adoption of Practice-informed Tobacco Treatment (CAN-ADAPTT)
CAN-ADAPTT is a practice-based research network facilitating research and knowledge exchange among providers, researchers and policy makers in the area of tobacco cessation. CAN-ADAPTT aims to bridge the gap between research and practice.
